About The Author

Aaron Gams started ski-bumming in 1988, and soon thereafter began scrambling up the Colorado 14er's. Gams launched into Teton climbing over 10 years ago with such fervor and egocentricity, there was nowhere to go but down. A visionquest and subsequent rescue involving many Jenny Lake Rangers and volunteer Search and Rescue people initiated a lengthy recovery and a loss of ego.

A member of the virtually unknown B-Team, Gams has been a Snow King Ski Patroller for the past few years and prefers to keep his head low and under the radar while enjoying the mountains of Jackson Hole.

Unlike the authors of other guidebooks, Aaron has actually climbed all the routes on this CD (and has the pictures to prove it). If you've ever used a guidebook, whether it be climbing, mountain biking or whatever, that overlooks this fundamental assumption you'll immediately appreciate the difference.
